In April 2023, I had a brain bleed caused by an arteriovenous malformation and had to stop working as a nurse and pause my studies. This scholarship helps cover transport, course fees and living costs, allowing me to focus on my recovery and work towards becoming a teacher. Thank you so much for the scholarship, it means a lot for me.
